The scope of the project was for a 1,500 square foot landscaped dining patio/courtyard. The space
was to be redesigned to accommodate casual outdoor dining and lounging.
We provided Construction, Irrigation, and Planting plans as well as construction administration services. Construction
items included the design of new paving, accessible access to parking, and gate enclosure. Site furnishings such as
tables, chairs, market umbrellas, a freestanding (movable) barbeque unit and condiment cart were also specified.

J. W. Marriot Spa - Desert Springs, CA
The objective of this project was to develop a design based on the plans
of the architect which included a new spa arrival area, a new viewing garden development including the screening of the view
from an adjacent hotel tower. There were also amendments to the pool area including the design of a new in-ground
Jacuzzi, requisite revisions to the pool terrace, and the incorporation of a landing for the gondola. The
scope of project also included a new VIP garden with a private Jacuzzi and the designing of an interface with the
surrounding lake and existing landscape to create a seamless transition between the Spa and Resort landscape.
The design elements included preparing drawings which included the design
of all site elements within the project's limits including but not limited to hardscape and planting. We provided the
Construction, Irrigation, and Planting plans as well as construction administration services.
